Southeast Detox provides detox and residential treatment for adults 18 years struggling to overcome substance abuse. We provide detox and residential treatment for the abuse of all substances, including but not limited to:

Drug and alcohol treatment is a highly personal experience. Our treatment center accepts most major insurance providers and some private health insurance. We are available to work directly with your insurance provider to assist you in navigating your coverage to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. If you don’t have insurance, we are here to help you learn what options may be available to you or a loved one. Our goal is to ensure that anyone who needs addiction treatment can get the help they need.

Yes. All Southeast Addiction Facilities are fully licensed, and JCAHO accredited. We are Joint Commission-accredited as we go above and beyond to raise the standard of safety and quality of care for our patients.
Yes. Our residential non-hospital detox services are available at our facility just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Our detox services are carried out by our multi-disciplinary team of skilled nurses, medical doctors, and psychiatrists, all of whom are trained and experienced in all aspects of the substance withdrawal process.
Yes. The 12-Step model is a powerful component of our customized addiction treatment programming. We often encourage participants to partake in AA/NA meetings both during their treatment experience and as a fundamental part of their aftercare plan for the foreseeable future.
Drug and alcohol treatment can vary from a few days to many months depending on a number of personal factors. As with most aspects of treatment, length of stay is different for everyone. Research suggests that the longer an individual stays in treatment, the greater the likelihood of long-term sobriety.
At Southeast Detox, our team of addiction specialists work directly with each client to determine the appropriate length of stay that will give them the greatest chance of attaining long-term sobriety.

- Comfortable clothing
- Personal hygiene products (toothbrush/toothpaste, hair products, deodorant, etc.)
- Downtime items (books, knitting materials, cameras, etc.)
- Money for personal items ($20-$30)
- Insurance card and a form of ID
- Positive attitude
Yes. Every Southeast Detox client is given a personalized aftercare and relapse prevention plan designed to address individual needs and prevent relapse.
