About Peter

Peter Lai is the Chief Financial Officer at NRG Management. His responsibilities include all aspects of the company’s financial management. In his role, he leads and provides strategic directions to financial professionals and problem solvers in accounting and controls, financial planning, tax, treasury, and investor relations, who partner with business leaders to execute our profitable growth strategy. Peter brings over 20 years of financial management experience to the role. Before joining NRG Management, he served as the CFO for Haven Health Management, specializing in clinical, medical, and psychiatric care for substance use and mental health disorders. He has also held financial management roles at Lenovo and ADT Security Services. Peter received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
