Reach Out to Our Admissions Department
The admissions process begins with a confidential and complimentary phone call to our treatment center. During this initial call, you will be asked some preadmission assessment questions so our team can best understand your situation.
Our admissions team is available 24/7 to guide you through the admissions and intake process, from payment options to travel arrangements and everything that comes after. Complete Pre-Admission Assessment
During your initial call, one of our admissions representatives will conduct a pre-admission assessment to get to know you, your history, your clinical needs, and the logistics of helping you attend treatment. This brief clinical evaluation will cover your mental state, addiction history (i.e. drug of choice, use patterns), physical limitations, and any pre-existing medical conditions. This information will help us develop a treatment plan that caters directly to your needs. If it is determined that Southeast Detox will not fully meet your needs, we will work with you to find appropriate treatment elsewhere.

Review Your Insurance Coverage
After getting to know you, we will request your insurance policy information to review your plan’s coverage and give you a complete understanding of the financial aspect of care. Our admissions representatives have considerable expertise in working with individuals and families to navigate their coverage. Once we have helped you identify your plan’s benefits or another form of payment has been established, we will work with you to ensure that you have access to all benefits to which you are entitled, and that you receive the best possible care.

Start Your Recovery
Once we have worked out the details of your individualized care, and the
logistics of helping you attend, your admissions coordinator will remain in contact with you until you arrive at our facility. Upon arrival, you or your loved one can expect to work in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team of experienced and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the best possible care.
